Le Sample is a community-driven cultural third place set in an old sound-equipment factory in Bagnolet. Home to more than 70 creative residents and around fifteen associations, it offers shared workspaces, rehearsal rooms, and multi-use areas for activities ranging from music and dance to meetings, workshops, and training.

Its artistic program spans concerts, DJ sets, exhibitions, performances, poetry, and open-air events in a 2,000 m² garden, creating a welcoming environment for both experimentation and everyday cultural life. Managed by the LBFA association, Le Sample brings residents, staff, and founding collectives together in a shared governance model.

Inclusive and solidarity-oriented, Le Sample strives to be a respectful, discrimination-free space open to all. Rooted in local partnerships and public support, it cultivates a lively ecosystem where work, culture, and community meet.
