With 20 years of career, the accordionist João Bittencourt – who is also a pianist – has already had the opportunity to be on stage with great names in Brazilian music, such as Geraldo Azevedo, Amelinha, Bibi Ferreira and Hermeto Pascoal.
João Bittencourt – Trio Pé de Serra is formed by João Bittencourt (accordion and voice), Marco Santos (zabumba) and Kleyton Barros (percussion). The show is versatile and brings from classics of Gonzagão, Trio Forrozão and Geraldo Azevedo, to the songwriting compositions, passing also instrumental themes of Sivuca and Dominguinhos.
