Imagination tiptoes away from our everyday existence. We need an antidote to these insane times, in which we seem to be increasingly surrendering ourselves to a new reality.

Making something is the most beautiful thing there is in the world, whether it’s a lasagne, a child, or a short story.

Musicians Oene van Geel and Remco Menting and writer Alma Mathijsen lock themselves away for a day to seek out imagination and experimentation. The texts emerge from the novel-in-progress that Mathijsen is putting the finishing touches to. A try-out that will hopefully derail mercilessly.
