Paradise Circus (Heather Powell with the Birmingham Film and Video Workshop, 1988, 60 min. English). Every 3rd Wednesday films about housing-, rights- and struggles, and about how things can be done differently. 

Paradise Circus documents the ways in which the city of Birmingham, an environment largely designed by men, is perceived by mothers, architects, artists, shoppers and other women there. How different would a city like Birmingham be if women could influence its design? What stops them from doing this? With members of London-based feminist architects’ practice Matrix.
