Dinner at Café Gilde

While the weltpolitik averts its gaze from the Americas, it's hard to totally look away, and as such we all know which day Independence Day falls on for that torrid land and its disillusioned peoples, all the while saying with full intention that we're not looking. This dinner is, therefore, roundly not for the occasion.

Unlike the pretentious description here, the dinner will be humble, satisfying, and above all delicious. What the dish consists of exactly remains to be decided, so if you're allergic to anything and planning to join us, please get in touch in advance to let us know.

We're asking for €12 for a single course plus a few bits beforehand to keep your mouth busy (a swankier place would call that an amuse bouche).
