Aerial Yoga Classes

At Het Groene Veld Community Space in Amsterdam, my aerial yoga classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone. My teaching style is warm, attentive, and encouraging. I aim to create a safe space where students can explore movement with awareness, build strength and flexibility, release stress, and reconnect with themselves — both in the hammock and in everyday life.
