The festival started in March at the OT301 and then went to Bajesdorp, Ru Paré, Cinetol, De Appel, Filmhuis Cavia, OCCII, NDSM Treehouse and Plantage Dok with a very diverse program of workshops, film screenings, live concerts, talks, exhibitions, food, drinks, performances, electronic music and much more.
This event at Het Groene Veld is event #10 of the festival. The closing event.

We invite you to join us for this special event that Amsterdam Alternative and Het Groene Veld are organising together.
We are still working on the line up but it will definitely be a killer program. We will close the festival with a bang!

Artists:

Eboman
Jeroen Hofs, a.k.a. Eboman, is an audiovisual artist whose work seamlessly integrates music and visuals. Audience participation often plays a significant role in his creations.
He performs as a DVJ or using his SenSorSuit and/or with Augmented Stage. Since 1995, Hofs, together with the team at EboStudio, has been developing custom software to work with music and visuals simultaneously—an area where no existing solutions were available. His technical innovations aim to create the ultimate audiovisual instrument, enabling artists to work with visuals and music in a unified creative process. This pursuit led to the development of EboSuite, a software suite that transforms Ableton Live into a powerful audiovisual instrument.
Since 2023 he is touring with mhis latest DVJ set: Fun & Bass. It is an exhilarating “Sample madness” experience, blending TikTok, Instagram and YouTube videos into a fun(ky) and energetic show. But not only that, the audio-visuals string together a burst of funny memes, stories and jokes, that will make you dance and laugh. Double fun.

Kleine Crack & Slagter
Straight out of Hip Hop collective VHS (Vampieren Heksen Spoken), this Flemish duo bringd the dark side of Anna (Antwerp) with their possessed rap and infernal energy.
Loyal to the Memphis Horrorcore, a particular style of Gangsta rap, producer Slagter do big use of minimal synths and beats as MC Kleine Crack unapologetically tackles themes like drugs and murder to release dark feelings.
Among his many collaborations, Kleine Crack is especially beloved in the Netherlands for his two club bangers “PARRA” and “ELEKTRO STRESS 2” featuring Opgewzolle’s Rico.

Know V.A.
Know V.A. - the long-standing Amsterdam duo are one of the Netherlands’ forefront explorers of genre bending club music. Pulling influences from their youths spent at hardcore and rave parties and an immense love for UK bass, their range is boundless and their music and DJ sets burst with dynamics.
Through their decade long run in Amsterdam, Know V.A. have always remained ahead of the curve. In the early 2010s they were the go-to support for Warp, LuckyMe, Ninja Tune and Tri Angle acts traveling through the country and hosted their own series HOAX, where they hosted artists like Mumdance, Machinedrum and Visionist. In 2018, they launched a new series Strange Days, that predicated the gabber and hardcore transmutant revival across the club world. Strange Days fused the past and future, juxtaposing legends like DJ Promo and DJ Ruffneck alongside Genome 6.66 MBP and Gabber Eleganza, truly melding the two worlds together half a decade before it became ubiquitous.

Zohar
Cutting-edge sonics as the shifting of storms. Percussive and pulsating, Zohar is known for a razor-sharp and highly dynamic club-signature. With years of formative experience controlling dancefloors, the artist behind Zohar has been treading a diverse and eclectic musical path in which rattling low-end and rhythmic tension can be regarded as the common denominators. Known for technical refinement and mixing witchcraft, Zohar now intuitively seeks innovative and surprising connections, both disorienting and exciting listeners in the process. The artist’s sparse yet prolific output as a producer is best channeled through the illustrious ZHR label. Its catalog consists of two DIY releases (Object, 2022; self-titled, 2019) and have been distributed in collaboration with Clone Rotterdam. These highly personal records provide temporal signs that define Zohar’s artistic development. Furthermore, works appeared on compilations by Dekmantel (DKMNTL X PATTA, 2020) and Traumgarten (Flowers That Bloom At Midnight, 2020). Quickly becoming a mainstay in the vital Dutch scene, Zohar has recently featured at renowned institutions such as Dekmantel Festival (2022, 2019) and FIBER Festival (2022) as well as making international appearances at Positive Education (2022) and the Opera House (2022, 2018). The latter took place in collaboration with dance performer Hannah Grennel
(formerly involved with the Royal Ballet UK).

Duo Oscar Jan Hoogland - Jannes Deurvorst
Amsterdam punk impro duo set-up: electcic clavichord vs. drums plus 'wat verder ter tafel komt'.
Oscar Jan Hoogland (Amsterdam, 1983) is the sound of Amsterdam in person. He is an instant composer and inventor of his own instrument by joining a clavichord, a keyboard instrument from the 17th century, to 220 Volt electricity. As the last student of the late pianist, composer and improvisor Misha Mengelberg he tears like a tornado through the Amsterdam jazz and impro scene.
Jannes Deurvorst (Amsterdam, 2004) is an improviser, activist, punk and jazz drummer. His history studies at the UvA didn't stop him from playing a crazy many shows last year, ranging from outdoor dada manifestations to jazz gigs and fast and furious punk shows at Paradiso.
Hoogland Deurvorst duo live at Takland squat in Amsterdam:

Dead Fish Fuck _-_ Sheet Metal
Ephemeral sounds from the late iron/industrial age.
A stainless steel plate made to sing with the caress of long and sometimes short wooden sticks.
DeadFishFuck is an auto-didactic sound artist plagiarized from a cut-up novella of the empire of the senseless atmospheres of an endless night on a sea train screaming though the mountain tops hoping to meet the echoes of the last humpback school.
