THAYS comes from Favela da Minhoca, located in the South Zone of São Paulo, in the Grajaú region and attends the city's main funk parties. Her musical research is based on the most played hits at Baile of São Paulo, where she has performed. For Th4ys, the funk beat is a celebration of the collective and a healing movement for the hoods. The one that makes the crowd dance all night long, making the audience feel the bass of mandelão and all the other musical rhythms of São Paulo and Rio funk.

GUS
Hailing from Brazil and now residing in Bristol, GUS is a certified genre-bending selector with baile funk at the core of his musical identity. Known for his earth-shattering grooves and seismic levels of bass, GUS’ style of funk is refreshing and unique, weaving many different styles and emotions throughout his sets.
With his genuine and playful approach, GUS has been pioneering the baile funk scene in Bristol and platforming the genre and its artists through his radio shows MEIA NA CANELA (Noods Radio) and Baile do Futuro (Radio Raheem). The Baile Trama resident touches down in Amsterdam for the first time since leaving the Netherlands for the UK in 2021 and promises to leave no stone unturned in this homecoming of sorts.

SZAL
Mateus Almeida is a DJ and music producer with 10 years of experience as a DJ and 5 years as a producer. In 2022 he founded the SZAL project, known for its open format approach and influences from Brazilian and African rhythms, especially the Brazilian funk. As a resident DJ at Baile Trama in London, Mateus has performed in several European cities and stands out for using live MPC in his performances, which adds a unique authenticity. As a professional dancer, he has a strong connection to dance, which inspires him to create scenes that encourage audiences to participate and connect with the music.
