" Each piece that I create reflects my journey and the experiences of those around me. My ultimate goal is to inspire and ignite change through my art and bring a bit of light to this darkness we are faced with " .

vïnïx vlemmïx
- 1998 -
- Amsterdam - They / Them -
Ï made a zine last year, titled after the name of a queer & trans skate group called; “GLITTERZ”! A couple years ago I started to meet other skaters that are non-binary. After skating together a couple times we just wanted to make a skate movie together. Along the way we met more people and then last year we premiered our first movie; “TRAMPSTAMP”, in Berlin, Paris, Wien and Amsterdam.
(Link; https://youtu.be/pQIs7WqB0ak )
Accompanied by an exhibition with visual works we made while we were together. Which was mostly on skate trips we planned, because we all live in different cities. We treasure the artworks that came from our skate sessions and knowing how much it means to see representation of other queer and trans people thriving, it made a lot of sense to share this!
Now a year later, I’m excited to show my photo’s again! Because this series is really special to me.
Love vïnïx,

LAURA EAGER & ELLA VAN DER MEER
Laura Eager (UK) is a Visual artist, originally from England and currently based in Amsterdam, where In 2023 she graduated from the Audio Visual department at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. Ella van der Meer credited for the illustrations of the work.

AVONDURENVANROOS
@avondurenvanroos

FIJNEDAGNOG

MERCERIA CLARA
Clara Rojas is a multidisciplinary artist based in Amsterdam. Her work is rooted in memory—echoes of other times, faded sensations, and the beauty of what once was. Drawing inspiration from childhood, old objects, and the quiet poetry of aging, she transforms forgotten moments into immersive, emotional experiences. RIATURNUP
“Riaturnup is a queer legal activist/not-for-profit DJ, with a passion for regional East Coast club sounds, infusing them with their global influences and trans desire. She has now set her sights on conquering backsides of booths across town in her search of peak crowds. Coming in hot off her stacked speedrun mixtape and self-organised eviction parties at squats across town, you can expect her sets to pit tracks against each other like they a frenzy of divas fighting for their turn on the microphone. Scientists suggest that once they figure out how to harvest all the collective kinetic energy produced at her sets, the Netherlands will rid itself of fossil fuels overnight. Streets say during her debut she successfully mixed oil and water only to light  it on fire after. Rumour has it she became a DJ in attempt to beat the chronically online allegations. Them Riaturnup sets be like she playing against herself at a sound clash.”
