DAVID KWEKSILBER/BEN VAN GELDER
Saxophone and clarinet player David Kweksilber has been playing mostly in large ensembles lately: his own David Kweksilber Big Band consists of no less than 27 musicians, and he is often seen as solist in classic ensembles like Asko|Schönberg. Tonight however, he returns to improvising in duo form, with Ben van Gelder. This Dutch saxophonist moved to New York in 2006 and has been making a name for him there, performing all over the world.

ADA RAVE/MARTA WARELIS/YUNG-TUAN KU
Three improvisers from all over the world meet. Argentinian saxophonist Ada Rave, Polish pianist Marta Warelis and Taiwanese percussionist Yung-Tuan Ku met at an improvisation night in Zaal 100 and continue their great chemistry tonight.
